Investing for Local Impact
Fixed income investments with positive community impact

presentedy by
David Sand,
Chief Impact Investment Officer, Community Capital Management
with Kate Campbell, CFP®, Partner at North Berkeley Investment Partners

Investments are often a collection of global companies and funds focused primarily on returns. But there are an increasing number of investment opportunities that factor in the societal impact of investment dollars and a select few that provide high quality investments with demonstrable local impact. What does investing for impact look like? Our conversation with David Sand, Chief Impact Officer for Community Capital Management (CRA Fund) will explore how fixed income investments can offer investors the ability to earmark investments to specific impact themes or geographies (even the East Bay) combining deep analysis, transparency and ongoing due diligence on the use of bond proceeds.

Join us, and please feel free to bring a friend (or two), for a stimulating and timely conversation, wine and light snacks. There will also be plenty of time for your questions.
